Oh my god. Do you also feel like this year has just flown by? In an instant. We’re on the threshold of 2018. One more month. A month when we’re often more occupied and busy with Christmas and parties and shopping.
I often feel December is a rush-month, stressy for many people. So keep an eye out for my soon to come do’s and don’ts to practice some Holiday-Self-care.
On the other hand, if you adore Christmas and all it brings, please do enjoy it. Enjoy your loved ones. And whatever it is that Christmas represents for you. But do take the “have to’s” out of your vocabulary.

It’s All About The Books & TV & Movies
I just finished watching this series. I was intrigued from the first minute. I found the last episode a bit of a let-down, but Episode 7, where it all comes together, was just brilliant. Hint: It’s a lot about manipulation and how insidious this is. Add some religious extremism to the mix and you get a real mind-boggling experience.
The Sound of Music. It never gets old for me. It’s my all-time favourite Christmas movie. I saw it in the big theatre in Brussels when I was a little kid and I was delighted. I role-played it at home with the vinyl record going grey, over and over again. Nowadays, everyone at home hides when they see me putting the DVD on. I guess they don’t like me singing.
This book was written in 1979, yet it hasn’t lost its power. There is a great amount of wisdom in this book alongside some very good advice on how to find your dreams and make them come true. Barbara Sher never bores you and the strategies she uses are simple, yet effective. Plus her writing is so straightforward you can read it in one go.
This is your Woo for this month, but I don’t want to leave without wishing you great holidays and a beautiful beginning of 2018. Take care. Of yourself, your loved ones, and people who need your help.
Make this last month count and start prepping for a brilliant 2018.
