FAQ’s: Some quick answers to your questions
Cancelling & Rescheduling:
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation for a weekly time slot specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelling an appointment. Every possible effort will be made to accommodate your needs if you need to re-schedule, however, the full fee will be charged without the specified notice period of cancellation.
Rescheduling: I will do my best to reschedule our session if needs be, so long as I have at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refund Policy: If you cancel an appointment or drop out of any of my packages or courses, I don't refund your investment. If special circumstances are making it impossible for you to show up or finish a course or program, then I will decide on a one by one basis whether a refund is valid based on ethical and moral grounds. I will deduct administration fees of 5€ for individual sessions and a minimum of 100€ for programs and packages.
Our session are 70 to 90 minutes; if you’re running late, we’ll still need to end at the scheduled time. If you’re running late, please call or text to let me know. Calling in late means you loosing out on precious minutes that could have been well spent on being coached.
Please do not email me to advise me if you’re running late as I may not be aware of the email on time.
Because I care about your safety, please note that I don’t conduct sessions while someone is in a moving car.
I facilitate my sessions via Zoom. I will provide you with a link and “Room ID”. When calling in, please wait until admit you to the “room”. This is to avoid having outsiders interrupt our session.
You can choose to use audio only or add video. That is up to you.
I will record our sessions so you can listen back to them. I store sessions on my Google Drive for 30 days. When you get the link to access your recording, please make sure you download the file because it will no longer be available after 30 days.
