Coaching is not psychotherapy nor counseling. Should you need one of the above services, professional referrals will be given.

Coaching is a potentially powerful alliance designed to help a client deal with the problems they encounter in life so they can achieve a better, more joyful life. Coaching may address specific personal problems and projects, business successes, and/or general conditions in a client’s life or profession.

My coaching services start with identifying and exposing the problem you're dealing with. I may include values clarification, brainstorming, examining modes of operating in life, identifying plans of action, the sharing of educational information, the asking of clarifying questions and the making of empowering requests.

As the client, you understand and agree to be fully responsible for your well being during, after and between your coaching calls. You are responsible for any and all choices and decisions you make.

As your coach, I am committed to keeping all contacts, information and records confidential.

Payment for each session or package will be done up front and in one instalment, unless other agreements have been made. You will receive payment information by mail.

Cancelling & Rescheduling:
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation for a weekly time slot specifically for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancelling an appointment. Every possible effort will be made to accommodate your needs if you need to re-schedule, however, the full fee will be charged without the specified notice period of cancellation.

Rescheduling: I will do my best to reschedule our session if needs be, so long as I have at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy: If you cancel an appointment or drop out of any of my packages or courses, I don't refund your investment. If special circumstances are making it impossible for you to show up or finish a course or program, then I will decide on a one by one basis whether a refund is valid based on ethical and moral grounds. I will deduct administration fees of 5€ for individual sessions and a minimum of 100€ for programs and packages.

Our session are 70 to 90 minutes; if you’re running late, we’ll still need to end at the scheduled time. If you’re running late, please call or text to let me know. Calling in late means you loosing out on precious minutes that could have been well spent on being coached.
Please do not email me to advise me if you’re running late as I may not be aware of the email on time.
Because I care about your safety, please note that I don’t conduct sessions while someone is in a moving car.

I facilitate my sessions via Zoom. I will provide you with a link and “Room ID”. When calling in, please wait until admit you to the “room”. This is to avoid having outsiders interrupt our session.
You can choose to use audio only or add video. That is up to you.
I will record our sessions so you can listen back to them. I store sessions on my Google Drive for 30 days. When you get the link to access your recording, please make sure you download the file because it will no longer be available after 30 days.

This is time that is just for you, to honour you, explore you, to focus completely on what you want and need. It’s helpful if you can also arrange for our session to be at a time when you know you’ll have a bit of privacy and as less distractions as possible. A notebook and something to write with can be handy but is no requirement, it is your choice. At the end of the session I may give you some playful homework or ideas to play around with. I also want you to be aware of the fact that it is not possible for me to coach from a sound proofed space, and as I have 6 dogs, you may hear them bark or make noise from time to time.
